About the Role
Job Requirements:
- Excellent hands-on experience with AS400 / IBM i systems
- Strong knowledge of RPG, RPGLE, SQL RPGLE, SQL, CL, and CLLE (from a support and troubleshooting perspective)
- Proven experience in batch job monitoring and production support
- Strong communication and listening skills for effective client interaction
- Demonstrated ability to lead a support team and coordinate with Client Managers and SMEs
