About the Role

                    Role: Application Developer (L2 / L3)

Location: Bangalore, India.

Experience:

L2: 3 – 6 years 
L3: 6 – 10 years 

CTC Range:

L2: 16 – 20 LPA 
L3: 25 – 28 LPA 

Education: B.Tech / BE / MCA (Preferably Computer Science)

Mandatory Skills:

Application development experience 
Databases, table design, and schema modeling 
Java and JavaScript 
Writing expressions and workflows 
Manual and automated testing 
Good communication skills
For L3: proven experience in technical ownership and mentoring

Note: This role is open at two levels—L2 focuses on execution and feature development, while L3 emphasizes solution design, ownership, and mentoring.
