About the Role

Our public sector client is seeking an Intermediate Application Developer for a ServiceNow Developer job position, for a 3 month, full time contract, with the possibility of up to a 12-month extension. The ServiceNow Developer will be required on a full time basis (7.25 hour work day, 36.25 hours/week) and will participate in development and maintenance needs identified within contact center program. This includes ServiceNow capabilities, ServiceNow integration with CX-One and associated tools.

Responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, test and implement the contact centre solution features in ServiceNow. Troubleshoot and resolve issue in contact centre solution in ServiceNow and the integrations. An ServiceNow Developer applies a broad knowledge of various technical areas to foresee and rectify problems.
