Application and Support Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

The ideal candidate shall work alongside with sales team to provide supports on customer's vision-based solution for automation and inspection systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to assess needs, developing image processing algorithms, selecting appropriate hardware/software, and ensuring system integration. The role involves troubleshooting, system calibration, and testing to meet quality standards. Expertise in image processing, optical systems, and machine learning is essential, along with proficiency in imaging software like Zebra Matrox Imaging. Strong problem-solving, technical support skills, and effective communication are key, with occasional travel for client installations, training, and maintenance.
