About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the platforms, handling incidents and user requests, monitoring support queues, tracking application health, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine administrative tasks.
The primary technologies involved include:- Atlassian: Jira, Confluence, and Crowd.
- DevOps / SCM: GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory/Xray.
- ALM: Micro Focus ALM (AQM) and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
- Atlassian platform support, including Jira, Confluence, and Crowd
- SCM and DevOps tool support, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, ...
