About the Role

Location:
 Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation

Monthly Salary Package: 15,500 SAR

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows 

 Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems (preferably Santechture “Robin RCM” solution) 

 Ability to develop project proposals, plans, and deliverables 

 Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 

 Proficiency in SQL for report development 

 Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) 

 Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills 

 Knowledge of healthcare environment is desirable
