Application Analyst

What you will do

• Engage with internal and external customers to gather and analyze their needs, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet customer requirements
• Define and implement effective business configuration and rules in JSON format to customize the software functionality
• Perform testing of customized business configurations to ensure they meet customer requirements, including conducting peer reviews to validate the accuracy and quality of the configurations
• Onboard new customers and collaborate with market management, sales, and customer support roles to ensure a smooth transition to the medical platform and provide necessary training and support
• Accurately document and manage change requests following the established processes
• Provide engaging demonstrations to customers and communicate effectively to clarify needs and showcase solutions
