Hiring: Application Support Engineer (Production Support) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5–8 Years ⏰ Shift Support & On-Call Rotation: Mandatory We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. Mandatory Skills: AWS (EC2, CloudWatch, RDS, S3) Splunk Production/Application Support Linux/Unix SQL Incident Management & Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow/JIRA) Preferred Skills: Lambda APIs & Web Application Support Tomcat/JBoss Java Applications Microservices CI/CD Grafana, Datadog, New Relic Shell Scripting Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support production applications hosted on AWS. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Perform log analysis and application monitoring using Splunk. Conduct RCA and coordinate with Development, DevOps, DBA, and Infrastructure teams.
