Appellate - Mid-Level Associate

Job Details

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of post-clerkship litigation practice, including with all major phases of appellate litigation. Experience with appellate matters dealing with intellectual property, particularly patent litigation, is preferred. 

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, one or more appellate/Supreme Court clerkships, appellate litigating experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
