Job Summary
We are looking for a system-driven Product Development Designer to join KasyaPH.
This role is responsible for deciding what should exist in the product catalog and ensuring every approved design is comfortable, scalable, margin-safe, fully documented, and restock-ready before entering production.
This is a structured product development role governed by SOP, documentation control, cost discipline, and workflow management through ClickUp.
The Product Development Designer owns design creation, commercial validation, and documentation completeness.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate and evaluate new design concepts based on market insight and brand direction
* Validate comfort, durability, restock potential, and fabric viability
* Recommend GO / HOLD / KILL decisions
* Define silhouette measurements and fit standards
* Issue precise, documented revision instructions to the Sample / Pattern Maker
