Compensation Structure

Phase 1 – Pre Funding (Current Stage)

This role begins as an equity and token based contributor position during the feasibility phase.

• Equity allocation in DAOasis, subject to vesting

• $DRT token allocation

• Milestone based delivery expectations

There is no fixed salary during this stage. We are building long term alignment with contributors who believe in the upside of the ecosystem.

Upon successful completion of the next funding round:

• Transition to salaried compensation

• Continued token incentives tied to performance and milestones
