Apigee Support software Engineer

About the Role
• Strong troubleshooting skills in the API Management and Gateway space (Mainly Apigee).
• Apigee and IBM APIC Knowledge - Infrastructure build and maintenance, Gateway setup, Oauth configuration
• Good Knowledge of Ansible
• Ability to apply security, throttling, OAuth, TLS, certificates, KeyStore, and Trust store for the Apigee platform
• Ability to write groovy scripts
• Experience with shell scripting
• Experience with high availability, load balancing, and failover configurations with Apigee
• understanding of REST API and JSON
• Experience with CICD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
• Knowledge of existing API Testing Tools (Postman, SoapUI, or any equivalent tools)
• Experience in designing and implementing an API platform for high traffic API solutions
