** What you’ll do?**
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of DevOPs engineers, Integration engineers, QA analysts to help them grow in their technical expertise and meet their career aspirations
- Work with teams across geography in deploying and supporting solutions developed by the engineering team and ensure that customers and stakeholders are well informed of the progress as well as of the risks.
- Provide technical leadership and direction and can comfortably deep dive into new technology
- Foster a continuous improvement cycle to build organizational efficiency in an informal environment where change is the norm.
** What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree, M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related
