API Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented API Coordinator to manage and support our API integrations and partner communications. This role bridges technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth API implementation, maintenance, and performance. Candidate must be proficient in Gantt chart application and possesses a project management-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate API onboarding, updates, and integrations with internal teams and external partners
• Act as the main point of contact for API-related requests and documentation with counterpart teams/clients
• Monitor API performance, usage, and issue resolution
• Maintain API documentation, workflows, and process standards
• Track tickets, timelines, and deliverables related to API projects
• Support troubleshooting and escalation of API-related concerns
