What The Day Will Look Like

Client Logistics & Scheduling

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for wellbeing programmes, including workshops, coaching sessions, health fairs, demos, and onsite or virtual events.
• Manage scheduling with clients, facilitators, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all materials, platforms, and event requirements are prepared in advance.
• Support client communications, pre‑event preparation and post‑event action items.

Proposal & SOW Support

• Format, proofread, and quality‑check proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Maintain version control and a repos...
