Overview

Summary: Develop business dashboards/reports and provide data-driven insights to enable various groups in the bank to monitor their key metrics against goals and make vital decisions. Generate the customer bases for marketing campaigns and service advisories to drive business profitability and good client experience. 


Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:  
Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze and provide data-driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions 
Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory related requirements 
Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank's internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools
