Davidson are working with a federal government client who are seeking experienced AO8 Project Manager who have direct experience in property development such as property (strategy, transactions, valuation, asset management), town planning, architecture, and engineering.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented project manager to join the team for 3 months to help them find new opportunities to achieve their goals, and the implementation of opportunities into realisable development outcomes by assessing transactions, assessing cashflows, establishing transaction structures, planning and tenure outcomes, as well as preparing development schemes and masterplans to create the vision for a project opportunity.
The Project Manager will report to a Development Manager and will be responsible for providing support to achieve project objectives related to project development and delivery.
