Position Purpose

The Data Processing Officer is responsible for the end-to-end processing, validation, and maintenance of organisational data sets. This role ensures data integrity within a fast-paced environment by managing complex information flows, transforming raw data into actionable records, and supporting the technical efficiency of the department’s databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data processing and validation tasks with a focus on precision and structural integrity.
• Convert, format, and upload data sets across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to data governance standards.
• Update and audit computerised databases to prevent duplication and ensure single source of truth reliability.
