About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Must have either/both transactional Antitrust and Antitrust litigation experience.

Experience managing the full lifecycle of a deal is a plus.

Represents and advise clients in a wide variety of transactional and other corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, and joint ventures.

Regularly counsel companies in connection with corporate governance, takeover preparedness and other corporate matters that do not involve pending mergers and acquisitions.

Ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
