Android Reverse Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform Android reverse engineering, decompilation, and application analysis.
• Conduct unpacking and analysis of protected/obfuscated applications, including research on VMP (Virtual Machine Protection) and other reinforcement mechanisms.
• Track industry best practices and stay up to date with the latest reverse engineering techniques and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong app reverse engineering and analysis skills; proficient in Smali and native .so assembly analysis .
• Familiar with commonly used APK reverse engineering tools and experienced in static analysis.
• Skilled in decompilation techniques and familiar with the Android build and packaging process.
• Solid understanding of various hooking techniques and hands‑on experience with hook frameworks.
• Experienced in DEX dynamic debugging, with native‑layer hooking experience preferred.
