Anaplan Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and certified Anaplan Model Builder to join our team as an Anaplan Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and be capable of supporting and enhancing Anaplan models to meet evolving business needs. Experience as a Solution Architect is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day support for Anaplan models, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models in alignment with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, data integration, and user access.
• Participate in planning and execution of model upgrades and enhancements.
• Document model structures, processes, and user guides.
