shall provide subject matter expertise in ISR strategy and planning, development of operational concepts, tasking strategies, and asset allocation to meet mission objectives. guide the design and implementation of effective data collection strategies, optimize sensor platforms and ensure the integration of diverse data sources while maintaining data quality and relevance. Analyze ISR data, offering expert interpretation and producing actionable intelligence reports that support decision-making at all levels.
