Analyst, Transaction Execution

Overview

CEEFC is hiring an Analyst to join its nimble team of highly experienced professionals. The Analyst will report to a Director, Transaction (or higher grade) and is expected to work across the executive team. The selected candidate will be based in either Toronto or Ottawa, currently with a hybrid work option.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and financial analysis related to CEEFCs assets, ongoing transactions, projects and sector trends, working under the general supervision of more experienced team members to deliver insights and to support decision making
• Develop financial models related to ongoing transactions and projects, based on research / analysis drawing on a variety of sources and under the guidance of more experienced team members, as you learn to tackle increasingly complex cases using standard operating procedures and industry best practices
