Analyst, System and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development

Responsibilities

• Help clients define their needs. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision‑making on choosing appropriate IT infrastructure components.
• Develop complex execution strategies, determine their scope, and write procedures and guidelines.
• Analyze risks, write highly complex reports, propose solutions, make recommendations, and serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations.
• Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered).
• Knowledge of French is required.
