Reporting to the Director, Private Capital Markets (Product Development), you will be supporting the Private Capital Markets, Product Development team in the following:
Responsibilities
Fund Structuring & Launch: Support the structuring and launch of new private fund vehicles and investment products on a global basis across Private Equity Real Estate, Alternative Assets, and Lodging – including sectors such as Data Centres, Serviced Residences/Co‑Living, Credit, and Infrastructure.
Deal Execution Support: Work closely with the Fund Management and Capital Raising teams to drive new and existing fund initiatives, including preparation and review of investor marketing materials and legal offering documents.
Investor Due Diligence: Manage investor due diligence processes end-to-end – address investor queries, organize and maintain secure data rooms, and ensure timely delivery of due diligenc...
