Key responsibilities in your new role
Act as an in-house functional consultant for IT solutions
Ensure the quality of deliveries from the service provider
Involve in projects and deliver work packages assigned
Conduct in-house user trainings & IT as well as user testing
Willing to travel abroad if neccesary
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP or relevant functional support experience in a non-SAP solution
Basic knowledge of development and database
Strong at logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Minimum 1 year of experience with good IT technical knowledge will be an advantage
Conduct relevant training to develop user competencies & good documentation skills
