Responsibilities include:

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic business opportunities in the Philippines and other key markets, including the development of Greenfield and Brownfield renewable energy power plants (Geothermal and non-Geothermal), ongoing optimization projects, and other initiatives aligned with EDC’s business goals.
• Lead or participate in due diligence, energy industry and macroeconomic research, and analysis related to new development, expansion projects, acquisitions, or partnerships.
• Build financial models, conduct analysis and valuation, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management to evaluate and support deal execution activities.
