About the Role
Research and update mailing addresses/phone numbers for return packages by analysing API data. Unresolved cases will be transferred to the calling team as per guidelines.
Qualification:
B.Sc / B.Com / BCA / BBA / Arts Degree
Year of passing: 2023, 2024 & 2025
Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.

* Strong written & verbal communication
* Team collaboration ability
* MS Office proficiency
Experience: 0–2 years
Shift:
* Flexible for Night shifts
* Weekend & holiday shifts (rotational week offs)
