About the Role
High-performing investment firm seeking a high-calibre Python engineer to join a lean, technically ambitious team.
You will work directly with investment professionals to design, build and deploy production systems and automation. There are no BAs — engineers lead solutions from concept through to production. The team is small, bright and delivery-focused.
Requirements:

3+ years’ commercial Python development
*
Financial services experience (buy-side or sell-side)
*
Strong understanding of application architecture & cloud infrastructure
*
Experience with CI/CD, YAML pipelines and production deployments
*
Confident working independently and engaging directly with users
Stack: Python, Azure, MS Fabric, React
Modern engineering environment including AI-assisted development (Copilot/Codex).
