Dream is looking for an Analyst, Debt! Join us, we have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Analyst of Debt to support underwriting, origination, and management of Dream’s debt portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, covering a portfolio of land and construction financing, conventional term mortgage financing, corporate credit facilities, affordable housing and sustainable finance initiatives, and other public and private capital vehicles within and outside of Canada.
