Manage and act as primary point of contact for OE orders to Galley Inserts
Order entry and/or update sales order in SAP ERP system
Ensure that order details are correct including part numbers, quantity and pricing
Collaborate with Planning and ImpEx team on requirements and ship dates
Work together with Customer Account Administrator (CAA) in providing excellent customer service to customers.
Respond promptly to inquiries related to order status, pricing, delivery, cancelation and returns.
Provide daily and monthly reports to support shipment enablement and on time delivery.
