Analyst, Business Transformation

This is an Individual Contributor/Sr Associate Level role that will be responsible to perform analysis, process mapping, process re-engineering and implementation of tech solutions within the organization. The successful candidate must be able to conduct evaluations on internal automation products of TaskUs to ensure it maintains a high level of accuracy, usefulness and relevance to the business objectives it aims to support.

The successful candidate must be able to cultivate a culture of continuous process improvement across the Service Delivery-facing functional areas of TaskUs, such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Learning Experience, Recruitment and Operations.
