Troubleshoot incidents and recurring issues with technical and offshore support teams, driving root-cause analysis and long-term resolution. Prioritize and coordinate application enhancements by evaluating business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Partner with business and operational stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, communicate updates, and support roadmap planning.
