Analogue Engineer

Responsibilities

• To carry out general engineering tasks as required by the business.
• Responsible for the design and development of RF and electronic items within the CAP group, including but not limited to antennas, tuners and RF distribution units.
• Work in collaboration with architects, solution engineers and business development teams to develop innovative, cost‑effective and compliant solutions to customer needs.
• Actively learn from other members of the Thales family, share knowledge and experience, create and agree a development plan with the team leader and take responsibility for following the plan and requesting assistance as needed.
• Carry out design activities in a team environment with other engineers.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to produce cost‑effective, easy‑to‑manufacture design solutions.
