Analista de Projetos Pleno

We are looking for a Project Analyst to work directly in supporting project management and execution — ensuring efficient activity tracking, delivery control, and operational support for our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing operational information, supporting project managers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and tracking of project schedules;
• Manage and update team timesheets;
• Monitor indicators and generate performance dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.);
• Assist in identifying, logging, and mitigating risks;
• Use project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Planner, and other collaborative platforms;
• Consolidate operational data and prepare reports for status meetings;
• Support communication between technical teams and business areas.
