About the Role
This position is part of the Operational Excellence team in Brazil and will work closely with UWL Inc. s teams in the US. The selected professional will provide operational support to the Export team, managing shipments and delivering efficient logistics solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Evaluate shipment requests and customer requirements to ensure operational feasibility and compliance.
- Manage booking requests with customers and carriers, monitoring booking status and updates.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipment schedules, cut-offs, transit milestones, and operational deadlines.
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation and shipment records through customer and UWL systems.
