AMS Timing Char/Closure Engineer
- Timing characterization for Analog Mixed Signal macros
- Setup and debug spice simulations to extract timing and power data for AMS macros at cross corners
- Run QA checks on extracted data for consistency and correctness.
- Timing and power .libs for AMS macros
- Review path, topology etc. reports
- Methodology and flow improvements using automation
Master's or equivalent
- 3-4yrs hands-on exp in Nanotime lib characterization for AMS/equivalent macros.
- Experience & understanding in Hspice/Spectre simulators
- Automation using shell/perl/tcl or python is a must
