Your Team Responsibilities

The Americas Payroll Team as part of the Finance Department is responsible for a seamless semi‑monthly payroll process in the US, Mexico, Canada and Brazil and is responsible for general ledger entries during the monthly closing. We are looking for a Payroll Associate to join our incredible team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of the US Payroll
• Prepare input file for Mexico, Brazil and Canada payrolls
• Audit 401K deferrals in payroll
• Reconcile quarterly federal wages
• Audit, analyze and reconcile payrolls
• Audit semi‑monthly Journal Entry
• Ensure compliance with all payroll tax laws and company policy
