Ambassador, Front of House -Part time

A global aviation services company providing a range of ground-handling and support services in the Auckland Airport Precinct is seeking outgoing, charismatic, and well-presented individuals to join their Passenger Services team as Ambassadors. Front of House.

As an Ambassador you will facilitate a smooth airport experience for passengers and assisting in the efficient processing of passengers through the airport from arrival to departure.

You need to be flexible with working hours, have a hard work ethic and a passion for delivering a fantastic customer service experience. You will also need to be physically fit as you will often be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Main accountabilities include:

• Assisting special needs passengers and groups throughout the airport
• Provide assistance at check in with queue management, excess luggage monitoring, and assist with removal of fragile items for collection.
