About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-drivenAmazon Account Manager to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, driving sales growth, optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns, and maintaining excellent account health and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management & Compliance:
- Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies, performance metrics, and seller guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain account health metrics including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and Cancellation Rate.
2. Product Listing & Optimization
- Create, upload, and manage product listings (single and bulk uploads).
