About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven
Amazon Operations Specialist
to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations. This role is responsible for overseeing product listings, inventory management, order flow, account health, and performance metrics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate understands Amazon Seller Central inside and out, thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, and proactively identifies opportunities for operational improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central)
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
• Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressed listings, and stranded inventory
• Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve cases efficiently
• Track inventory levels and forecast demand
