About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, proactive Amazon Operations & Sales Channel Manager to serve as the backbone of our eCommerce growth. This isn't a role for someone who waits for instructions; you will own key partnerships, drive sales strategies on major platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop, and ensure our backend operations are flawless.
You will be the primary bridge between our brand, our retail partners (Ipsy, Scentbird), and our external agencies. Your goal is to turn business as usual into business growth through aggressive outreach, meticulous data tracking, and a get-it-done mindset.

1. Agency & Partner Management
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main lead for our Amazon agency, ensuring a maximum 24-hour response time on all communications.
Retail Partnerships: Manage Ipsy and Scentbird accounts, including monthly outreach for product placements/campaigns and processing purchase orders (POs) with a strict 48-hour turnaround.
