About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Customer Service Representative with a strong background and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central to support daily account operations and customer communications.

Schedule: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails and messages through Amazon Seller Central
  • Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
  • Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses
  • Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Background or working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Comfortable running and handling reports
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
