About the Role
Our client in Aurora, ON is looking for a fulltime permanent Amazon Channel Manager to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on role that owns day‑to‑day execution and performance of their Amazon business supporting the retail business in Canada and the US. This role is ideal for a mid‑level professional who understands both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central and can work internally with all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management- Own the daily operations of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, chargebacks, shortages, compliance issues
- Proactively resolve operational issues with order discrepancies, shortages, system errors, pricing, promotions and sales execution
- Manage pricing strategy, deal submissions, and promotional calendars
