About the Role

Join our dynamic Training & Process Excellence team at USTECH GCC India. As Assistant Manager, you'll drive recruitment & sales training, optimize sales processes, and build high-impact L&OD solutions for our US Staffing operations. Ideal for a passionate recruiter-turned-trainer ready to lead with agile expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales/GTM processes; train internal teams on inside sales, BDM, and recruitment (IT/Engineering/Non-IT).
• Lead workshops and sessions with confidence to upskill teams.
• Develop training content/decks using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and CMS tools.
• Manage sales funnels via CRM; leverage VMS/AT...
