About the Role
•Assistant Manager position reporting to Manager Legal
Full work from office
Minimum experience 3 to 6 years in handling contracts related matters.
Pro-efficient in MS Office and automation tools
Should have worked on all type of contractual agreements like MSA, SOW, Amendments, Change Orders, Software Licensing Agreements, etc.
Should be able to interpret complex contractual clauses for supporting business in compliance of contract.
Should be able to coordinate with internal stakeholder like Operations, Business Development, Finance teams and external stakeholders like client legal counsels, etc. for quick closure of all related queries and actions.
Should be well versed with basic contract law concepts.
Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Optional Requirement: If worked on a Contract Lifecyle Tool.
