Who we are looking for:

State Street Alpha Services team is looking for experienced leaders to drive our Data Collection, Configuration and Conversion practice across the Alpha platform. We’re looking for professionals with experience across front and middle office operating models, business analysis, data management and project management disciplines.

The Conversion Analyst works directly with program leaders across the life span of the implementation often in partnership with other leads/analysts as needed. Activities range from cost estimation, scoping requirements and engaging with clients and internal workstream leads to facilitating data collection and adapter set up process, organizing and leading conversion events (dry run, dress rehearsal, go live).
