Position Summary :

The Allrounder – Property Maintenance is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the overall presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. The position involves performing a range of general maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of safety, quality, and appearance.

The role requires accurate use of company software and digital tools to record work progress, report property issues, and communicate with the On-site Estimator Manager, including uploading photos or videos when needed.
