AKS/Kubernetes Platform Engineer (WFH/Remote)

Role Overview

Lead the design, implementation, and management of AKS clusters and Kubernetes-based applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and secure networking. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to optimize platform operations and support business-critical workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage AKS clusters, nodes, namespaces, ingress, services, and networking.
• Make architectural decisions around cluster design, scaling, availability, and resilience.

Networking (Critical Requirement)

• Design and manage Kubernetes networking, including ingress controllers, load balancing, and service-to-service communication.
• Control internal vs external access and ensure secure connectivity between pods, services, databases, and external systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to enforce robust, reliable network policies.
