We run two core programs: College Planning (Grades 9–11) and College Essay (senior year). Both are high-touch, deadline-driven, and built on the belief that every student and family deserves a consistent, exceptional experience. The Role This is a builder role. We need someone who can design and build the infrastructure and systems that ensure our operations team can run our programs smoothly. You'll work in Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace to create visibility, automate workflows, and solve operational problems.
